School Meal & Healthy Eating
School dinners are freshly cooked on the school premises every day. Menus are prepared with the children to ensure that they are tasty, healthy and look good. Families on income support are entitled to free dinners. Application forms are available from the school office. The cost of lunches can be found in the school prospectus.
Children may also choose to go home for dinner or bring a packed lunch although few do. In the dining hall, as everywhere else, the children are expected to behave sensibly. We ask that they listen to and respect the meals supervisors.
Water
We encourage children to drink during the school day. Fresh water is available at all times around school but we also encourage them to bring their own drink of water in a carton or plastic bottle.
